Refund policy

In our store, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy detailed below.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging.

You must make the return request within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

You must present the proof of purchase or invoice.

3. Return Procedure

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions to send the product back.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

4. Non-Eligible Products for Return

We do not accept returns of:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Items on sale or clearance.

Opened or used products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately providing evidence (such as photographs). In these cases, we will cover the return costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.

7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you will need to process the return of the original item and place a new order.

8. Liability Exemption

We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
